Mike Hampson has over 40 years of experience as a performing musician, and has appeared in restaurants, bars and lounges, weddings, private parties, and charity and corporate functions. Although he has performed in many cities across Canada his most recent work has been in southern Ontario including yearly gatherings held for the mayors of North York, weekly shows at the Vintage Inns of Niagara on the Lake and at a variety of other venues in Toronto, Mississauga and St Jacobs. During the 90s Mike also held a “house gig” at the Pepperwood in Burlington for several years where he had the opportunity to open shows for well known artists such as David Essig, Garnett Rodgers and John Allen Cameron. Today Mike still does solo performances but has also formed a duo with his wife Andrea, a great vocalist who sings leads or harmony.

I've been a follower of some of the great song writers. Learned whatever I could from them and tried to find and develop my own musical voice. The results are on this website.
